Cherry Tee offers three shipping options within the U.S. There is one rate for all Canadian shipments and another for all international shipments. Expedited international shipments can be arranged by emailing us at info@cherrytee.com
We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes.

Shipping Transit Times
Taxes & Fees
Cherry Tee charges sales tax on taxable items shipped to the state of New York.
International orders may be subject to import duties and custom fees. We have no control over these charges and are unable to predict the costs. You may contact your local customs office for further information.
Order/Shipment Confirmation
After ordering you will receive two email confirmations from Cherry Tee. First, we will confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering. Then you will be notified when your order ships.
Returns & Exchanges
We hope you love the item or gift you receive. If, for any reason, you would like to exchange or return it, we are happy to replace it with another selection or refund the credit card used for the purchase. All exchanges and returns must be made within 30 days from the order date.
Please note that items must be in original condition and cannot be soiled, worn, damaged, or laundered. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
Upon inspection and approval, we will issue a prompt refund for the items returned.
If you are requesting the exchange of an item, Cherry Tee is happy to ship the exchanged item at no charge.
Simply repack the items in the original packaging (if possible) with the packing slip and send insured and preferably pre-paid to:

Gift Wrapping & Certificates
We are pleased to offer two gift packaging options. A gift box in Cherry Tee’s beautiful colors of ruby red and chartreuse or our adorable L’il Pail Gift Set. Please indicate your preference in the comments field at checkout. Gift wrapping is $5.50.

Cherry Tee collects information you supply us for orders or when you request additional information to be sent to you. The credit card information is kept for a period of 30 days and then deleted from our system. Our transactions are processed through Yahoo!’s platform that utilizes encryption and other methods to safeguard the information in transit and while stored on their servers. Cherry Tee limits access to that information to only those employees who have a need to access that information.
